I chose to be part of JD.Music because I truly believe in using music and social media to inspire, connect and celebrate every student’s growth.

About Me:
I'm happy to be part JD.Music family as a music teacher. What drew me in was the opportunity to offer something different, not just the traditional teaching and learning process, but a full, immersive experience. I was especially intrigued by the performance-based teaching approach, which aligns perfectly with my passion for making music come alive. I also value building genuine, friendly relationships with my students, creating an environment where they feel inspired, confident, and connected through music.

About Me:
Whether you're a shy beginner, a curious kid, or someone rediscovering music later in life, I offer vocal coaching that's fun, encouraging, and rooted in solid technique. I work with students of all ages, from little ones just finding their pitch to adults who just want to sing with confidence (and maybe impress at karaoke night). My goal? To make singing feel natural, joyful, and empowering. No pressure, no judgment, just good vibes and steady progress. Ready to warm up those vocal cords? Let’s make some noise on key, of course.

About Me:
Hi! I’m a 20-year-old student who’s super passionate about music, especially drums and guitar. When I’m not studying, you’ll find me jamming, creating beats, or teaching others how to play. I love sharing what I know and helping others enjoy music as much as I do. Teaching has become one of my favorite things. It’s fun, rewarding, and keeps the music alive!
How long does it take to learn an instrument?
There is no set answer of how long it takes to learn an instrument. With regular practice a basic level of playing can be accomplished in a few months. Most of our students take lessons on a long term basis because they want to be constantly improving and they find the lessons enjoyable.
Should I bring my own instrument to lessons?
No, just come as you are, but come ready to learn! At JD.Music Academy, we’ve got you covered with all the essential equipment for your lessons. While having your own instrument for home practice is encouraged, there's no need to bring it with you each week. Simply show up with an open mind and a passion for music, we’ll take care of the rest.
Will I need to purchase any additional materials?
Most teachers require a book for their students to use. In addition, there may be other accessories the student will want in order to progress within his/her studies. (Example: capo, tuner, strap, songbooks, videos)
How long does each class last? How many sessions do you have?
We have two time slots available: 30–40 minutes and 1 hour classes. Lessons are held once a week, with flexible scheduling options for both individual and group sessions.
Where are the classes based?
Our classes are held at our home-based studio in Kajang and also at a partner location in Sri Hartamas, KL. We also offer online lessons and limited in-house sessions (additional charges may apply depending on location).
What types of lessons do you provide?
We offer fun, performance-based lessons in:
🎸 Acoustic & Electric Guitar
🥁 Drums & Cajon
🎤 Vocals
🎶 Bass
🌺 Ukulele
All lessons are tailored to each student’s interests, pace, and skill level—whether you're a total beginner or looking to level up your playing.
